Target Audience: Agencies and Editorial Models
Emily Crombez is a photographer based in Detroit, MI whose focus was on editorial photography. At the time, they were building their brand as specializing in working with editorial models on conceptual, more artistic projects. They approached me about the idea for the zine, and I fell in love with the thought of doing something that was akin to a magazine serving as a portfolio for their work.
The concept for this particular series was inspired by art nouveau models. The zine focuses on women and natural beauty with floral motifs and white dresses reminiscent of the work of Alphonse Mucha. While the zine never went to print, we did publish it for a short period of time as a digital piece. I've since converted the PDF into a 3D flipbook, which you can find below.
